Impimo Jewels sells moissanite and lab-grown diamond jewellery online through this Site. We are based in Thailand and operate in accordance with Thai law.

2. Use of the Site

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to photography lighting and screen calibration.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and specifications. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss options including cancellation with a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

5. Jewellery Certification

Gemological certificates (GRA for moissanite, IGI for eligible lab-grown diamonds) are included with applicable products as stated in individual product listings. Certificates authenticate the specific stone and are issued by independent third-party gemological laboratories. Impimo Jewels does not issue gemological certificates directly.

6. Custom & Engraved Orders

Custom jewellery and engraved items are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please review engraving details carefully before submitting your order, as changes cannot be made after production begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Impimo Jewels or its licensors and is protected by Thai intellectual property law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Impimo Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
