Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Custom and engraved orders may require additional processing time of up to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays. Bangkok orders typically arrive faster than upcountry destinations.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient

Packaging & Insurance

All jewellery is shipped in our signature Impimo gift box with a dust pouch and care card. Orders are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@impimo.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at impimo.com/pages/track-your-order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Impimo Jewels is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
