2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product details accurately. All Impimo Jewels products are made from 925 Sterling Silver with 18K gold plating. Moissanite stones are GRA certified; lab-grown diamonds above 0.5 CT are IGI certified.

3. Pricing

Thailand store prices are in Thai Baht (฿). International prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped

5. Engraving & Customization

Free engraving is available on ring products only
Maximum 15 characters per engraving
Engraved or customized items cannot be returned unless defective

6. Ring Sizing

Ring sizes are measured by inner circumference in millimeters (mm), ranging from 45mm to 70mm. Please refer to our sizing guide before ordering.

8. Limitation of Liability
