14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
In its original packaging with all included accessories (certificate, gift box, cleaning cloth)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, resized, or engraved after delivery
Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
Sale items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
We will provide return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days
Ship the item back securely using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@impimo.com. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
